our coalition

The Resourcing Refugee Leadership Initiative (RRLI) is a coalition of six refugee-led organizations working together to resource refugee-led organizations to uplift communities and combat systemic refugee exclusion within refugee response. RRLI’s Coalition organizations provide the grounding for all of the work we do, provide direction for our implementation team’s work, and design and carry out programming such as the Strengthening RLOs Partnership Program.

All Coalition members contribute to achieving our goals and participate in project governance, and we believe that should be reflected in the way we work together and communicate externally. We share ideas, concerns, thoughts and questions freely with each other, rooted in our belief that all members have an important voice in decisions and strive to build consensus.
